Jake and his bud were playing Disney Monopoly.

Funny story.
Trenton, Jake's friend, landed on a "railroad".
Jake owned it.
Trenton asked how much he owed him.
Jake said $25.
Trenton didn't believe him so he asked me.
I said "yep, $25."
Trenton said that it just seemed a little high so wanted to make sure.
HA!
Kids and money.

You get a special treat today.
FOUR pictures instead of one.
Because....
It snowed!!
We didn't get the projected 2-6 inches but, we did get enough to play in!

Bet ya thought you wouldn't see me around today.
Huh?
Well, I told you I'm doing this thing!

Day 2 brings...
Jake Austin and Alvin.
He and I went out today,
mother and son,
to Goodwill for some quality thriftin',
to Walmart for tees,
and to Mickey D's for lunch.
Enter Alvin.
Did you know he and all his buddies are the newest toys?
Brings back childhood memories for me.
I love that what once was old is becoming new to my kiddos.

I got a Happy Meal, too, and gave Jonah my Alvin so he wouldn't miss out on all the fun.
